If you have never seen the Mossing Marching Band in action, this is an excellent opportunity to check us out. On Victoria Day, the annual Cathedral Village Arts Festival kicks off with a parade down Elphinstone St. (from 14th Ave. to College Ave.). The parade starts around 11:30 AM, but come early to get a good parking spot and to enjoy the activities in the park.
